Jon Rigsby, Co-Founder & CEO
From starting in banking as a teller in the early 90’s to consulting on digital transformations with banks across the country, Jon literally “grew up” in banking. He has an ingrained passion to serve the industry. Jon and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 20 years. They have four kids and a dog named Oshie. The Rigsby’s are avid Blues hockey fans and enjoy watching softball in the summer.
Wayne Ferrell, Co-Founder & CTO
With 25 years in the banking industry, Wayne understands the challenges faced by community bankers. His ability to design easy-to-use solutions for complex problems is a gift. He and his wife, Amy, have three kids. On most summer days, you’ll find Wayne working on his deck with his dog Skippy. The Ferrell’s enjoy Cardinals baseball and Wayne coaches little league ball.
